Louis Mays

Coach Louis Mays is the Executive Director of Athletics and will be the Head Coach of the Top Flight Elite- Raleigh 11th Grade Team. 

Coach "Lou" as the players and coaches call him, started his career with TFE in 2017 after coaching for Upward Stars. He led his 2018 Team to a Florida State Championship for 16u. His 15u Team place 3rd that year in the YBOA National Championship. Coach Mays is a Assistant Coach for Durham Academy Middle School and Varsity Basketball teams. He also He resides in Raleigh, NC with his lovely wife Stephanie Mays, and Three children (Justin, Aria, Kaidence).
