COACHING REQUIREMENTS

​

Coaches who Volunteer with Top Flight Elite Organization are required to meet certain requirements in order to be eligible to coach.

​

  • Interview with a Club Director

  • Register with the AAU Organization

  • Obtain a background check through AAU

  • Obtain your USA Gold License (HS Age Coaches)

  • Obtain background check through USA Basketball
