Mission Statement

The Top Flight Elite mission is to teach life lessons through sports. We are dedicated to the principle that success is not given, but earned through hard work, dedication and focus. We want to use sports as an instrument to teach life skills to youth interested in pursuing sports as a means to earning a college degree. Sports will end for all players at some point; however the things you can learn from sports can make you a winner off the court in life!

Top Fight Elite stress’s an aggressive style of play that emphasizes the development of fundamentals. Intensity is the backbone to our program! The team concept is a staple of all our teams. Sharing the sports and allowing all players to contribute is what makes our program special. We believe in using a players best attributes and not limiting players based on size or positions. We build all around athletes!
