Top Flight Elite Travel Organization is a non-for-profit organization. It is the travel branch of it's parent company Eagle Eyez Athletics. Eagle Eyez Athletics is a community program that focuses on community-based youth services for area at-risk kids.

 

Top Flight Elite AAU Travel Organization under the umbrella of Eagle Eyez Athletics is an Elite AAU Travel Program founded in  the Raleigh-Durham Area. The Top Flight Elite club, coaches and players are members of the AAU (Amateur Athletic Union). The AAU is one of the largest sports organizations in the United States. TFE strives to provide a platform for players to grow year around by competing at the highest level possible. With the level of competition growing rapidly, TFE participates in the preeminent local, regional and national AAU tournaments. Headquartered in Raleigh, we extend our AAU basketball program throughout the Carolinas and are able to attract many of the area’s top players.

We are offer boys and girls AAU teams from 3rd grade through High School. We focus on fundamental skill development that takes players to the next level. We are not a recreational program and are looking for top notch players. Every effort will be made to ensure players have an opportunity to demonstrate their athletic abilities during the tryout period and will be evaluated on their skills along with demonstrating a positive attitude, work ethic, knowledge of the game and satisfactory academic performance. If a player does not make one of the teams, they are encouraged to continue to develop their abilities and try out again in the future.

Our philosophy is for Eagle Eyez Athletics is "Making change by providing Recreational leagues and travel programs to promote positive structure in organizations for todays youth, by fostering self-discipline, citizenship, teamwork, and leadership skills”.
